제목 Investigation into the effects of synthetic parameters on morphology and crystal structure of ZnO particles via hydrothermal method
초록 ZnO particles were prepared through hydrothermal method using ZnCl2 and NaOH. In order to control the morphology and size of ZnO particles, soudium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), isobutyl alcohol (isobutanol), and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) were used as a surfactant, a co-surfactant and an accelerator, respectively. Micro-sized ZnO rod was prepared by using H2O2. On the other hand pancake-like ZnO was synthesized using SDS and isobutanol. The obtained particles were characterized by FE-SEM, TEM, and XRD.
