제목 진공자외선을 이용한 sulfamethoxazole의 분해 및 무기화
초록 Sulfamethoxazole(SMX) is an antibiotic widely used by both humans and animals. The occurrence of antibiotic such as SMX in the aquatic environment as well as in finished drinking water has raised a concern about their potential impact on environmental and public health. This study was conducted to evaluate the degradation of parent compound by vacuum ultraviolet(VUV) and to compare three process (VUV, VUV/H2O2 and VUV/Na2S2O8) for mineralization of SMX. The parent compound of SMX was completely degraded within 15 min. After VUV radiation for 120 min, total organic carbon (TOC) remains 86.1%, 35.9 %, 13.3% by VUV, VUV/H2O2 and VUV/Na2S2O8, respectively.
