| 제목 | Preparation of phenolic resins containing N-phenyl maleimide groups |
| 초록 | In this study, novolac resins were synthesized of a mixture by phenol and formaldehyde containing various proportions of N-phenyl maleimide in the presence of an acid catalyst. The synthesized PMI-containing novolac resins were spin-coated on well-cleaned Si substrates. The coated substrates were cured at a higher temperature. The cured films were characterized in terms of their solubility, chemical structures and elements, thermal properties, morphology, and etching selectivity. |
