제목 The comparison of influence several fillers on the thermal conductivity of polymer composite
초록 Poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS)/thermally conductive fillers (Silicon Carbide, Synthetic Graphite, Carbon Fiber) composites were prepared by using an internal mixer. Content of fillers was fixed at a ratio of 40 to 75 by wt % for all the composites. Thermal conductivity of PPS composites were measured by Standard Laser Flash Thermal Constant Analyzer (ULVAC, TC7000). We also, compared of influence three kinds of fillers on the thermal conductivity of polymer composite. In addition, fractured surface of the PPS composites were investigated via a SEM. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) showed that accurate content of fillers in polymer composite.
