Effect of nanotopology on senescence of hASC |
초록 |
In a native tissue, cells are embedded within an extracellular matrix (ECM), which have sub-micron to nanometer-scale topographies. Therefore, the topography of cell culture substrate or microenvironment during in vitro culture has a critical effect on cell behavior in maintaining their normal phenotypic and molecular characteristics. In this study, we prepared various nano patterned surfaces; line/space, hexagonal, and square array. To investigate their effect on morphology and senescence of hASC, cells were seeded and cultured on different nano patterns. The influence of the nanoscale-patterns was observed on proliferation, viability, morphology, cell-matrix interaction, and senescence of hASCs. |
