Intra-hepatocyte Invagination and Treatment for Liver Disease based on Drug-Loaded Surface Modified Ceria-Zirconia Nanoparticles |
초록 |
Oxidative stress in the mitochondria is important pathologic factor in generally liver disease, including cirrhosis. Ceria nanoparticles (CNPs) have two oxidation states, Ce3+ and Ce4+ which have stimulated researchers to study CNPs as therapeutic agents for treating numerous diseases, including cancer. Ceria-zirconia nanoparticles (CZNPs) are control higher Ce3+/Ce4+ ratio and faster change from Ce4+ to Ce3+ that those indicated by ceria nanoparticles. Thus, mitochondria-reactive oxygen species targeting surface modified CZNPs might be a potential of therapeutic apply to generally liver diseases. In this study, we report the synthesis of surface modified CZNPs that selectively to mitochondria and inhibit hepatocyte death in a liver disease model. |
