Zeolites are nanoporous alumina silicates included of cation. The presenting cation in zeolite can be exchanged with metal ion and give antimicrobial activity. Graphene oxide(GO) consist of a single layer of sp2-bonded with hydroxyl, carboxyl and epoxy group. It is expected novel materials as contact-based antimicrobial activity. GO/ion-exchanged Zeolite nanocomposites can be expected to increase contact-based activity against bacteria and fungi, due to efficient antimicrobial activity of metal ion. In this study, fabrication method of GO/ion-exchanged Zeolite nanocomposites were presented. Those were evaluated their antimicrobial activity against bacteria, fungi. Those were confirmed their properties by using FE-SEM (Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy), FE-TEM (Field-Emission Transmission Electron Microscopy), FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), XRD (X-ray Diffraction), TGA (Thermo Gravimetric Analysis). |
