Miniaturized Ionic Polymer Transducers for Biomedical Applications |
| 초록 |
Ionic polymer-metal composite (IPMC) are nowadays considered as smart and biomimetic actuator material from its bending actuation performance and high strain. IPMCs vibrates when voltage is applied, and applying this nature, we introduced IPMC in purpose of a novel thrombolytic treatment combining chemical thrombosis and mechanical motion. IPMC was applied to a continuous-flow phantom model as the vibrator attached to the guide wire tip to demonstrate its effect in thrombosis, and finally, multi-vibrating actuator is introduced for enhancement of thrombolytic effect. |
