Extraction of Water Soluble Collagen and Manufacture of Biodegradable Film from Flatfish Skins |
| 초록 |
This study was to extract water soluble collagen from flatfish skin and investigate the physical properties of biodegradable film formed from the extracted flatfish skin. It water soluble collagen was manufactured by phosphoric acid extraction process using. For the purpose of formed biodegradable collagen film make the best use of the glycerin as plasticizer on water soluble collagen. Biodegradable collagen from flatfish skin of the physical properties was similar with collagen from pig skin. |
