제목 Preparation and Characterization of Activated Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes for Methane Storage
초록 In this work, we have prepared chemically activated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CAMWNTs) using a potassium hydroxide for methane storage. CAMWNTs were treated at various temperatures. The structural properties were measured by Fourier Transform Raman (FT-Raman). The morphological properties were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The textural properties were analyzed by N2/77 K adsorption isotherms using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) equation. The methane storage capacity was investigated by a volumetric measurement 298 K/35 bar.
