Low-voltage pentacene thin-film transistor with photo-crosslinked ultra-thin polyimide gate insulator |
| 초록 |
Polyimide has been widely used in gate dielectric of organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) because of their good thermal stability and insulating properties. However, these polyimides are not perfect candidates for OTFTs due to the high processing temperature and difficult pattering process. In this work, we have developed photoinitiator-free photosensitive polyimide-based gate insulator by low temperature processing. In addition, surface energy of insulator polymer was controlled by copolymerization and very thin dielectric layer with high capacitance was achieved for low-voltage driven TFT. Detailed synthetic route, electrical characterization of dielectric property and OTFT application will be presented. |
