Production of bio-ethanol based on starch of seaweeds |
| 초록 |
Seaweeds are abundant as its raw materials and environmentally friendly with a great ability of absorbing CO2, which makes it possible to begin its mass-production in Korea. Accordingly, by using seaweeds as the raw materials for the production of bio-ethanol, this study aims to select suitable raw materials and process conditions by comparing the each yield obtained through the ethanol fermentation process conducted with variables such as temperature, fermentation time and the quantity of ferments. In addition, in order to extract sugars more effectively, this study aims to select the optimal raw materials and process conditions by comparing the change of results accomplished through the pre-treatment stages such as temperature, moisture quantity and ultrasonic waves. |
