Functional expression and easy purification of authentic recombinant proteins/enzymes are key features of modern biotechnology in all of its various facets. Many recombinant proteins/enzymes have been successfully expressed in bacteria for the production of various biomaterials. However, in many cases, target proteins/enzymes are not functionally expressed and not purified easily. In this talk, I will present some results about new strategy for enhancing functional expression and purification system of heterologous proteins/enzymes. |
