제목 | Polyaniline Nanotube Blends with Cyanoresin |
초록 | Conducting polymers such as polyaniline (PANI), polypyrrole (PPy), poly (3,4-dthylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) have been widely investigated because of their extensive applications in electronic industry such as secondary batteries, capacitors etc.1-3. In general, PANI can be made in its conductive salt state by using a functional acid such as camphorsulfonic or toluenesulfonic acid dissolved in suitable solvents such as m-cresol or xylene. The emeraldine base form is also soluble in solvents such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, and PANI has excellent advantages with respect to synthesis, doping character, cost, environmental stability, and conducting polymer nanotubes are promising for high conductive materials3,4. In this research, conducting polymer blends consisting of PANI nanotube (PANI-NT) and cyanoresin (Cyan) were prepared by in situ polymerization. PANI-NT were synthesized by using the template free method5-7 and PANI-NT/Cyan blends were prepared by the addition of Cyan/dimethylformamide solutions to PANI-NT solutions. The synthesis of PANI-NT and formation of PANI-NT/Cyan blends were confirmed by scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrered spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and proton-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The PANI-NT/Cyan blend films were obtained with a casting method and their conductivity was ~10-2 S/cm, which was measured by a four-probe technique. The conductivity of the PANI-NT/Cyan blends with dopant types and their blends compositions dependence of the conductivity for the conducting polymers were investigated. Reference 1.
