Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) possess excellent characteristics, such as excellent mechanical properties, high electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, energy storage capacity, and so on. These superb properties are expected to open a new era of various technologies, including information displays, energy storage vehicles, electronic devices, nano-structured composites, etc. However, the practical applications of carbon nanotubes suffer from the poor dispersability of carbon nanotubes. In this study, we have developed a way to synthesize highly dispersable carbon nanotubes. Through the use of high dispersability carbon nanotubes, various composites and inks with excellent properties have been developed. |
