제목 Highly transparent silica aerogel thin film prepared by ambient pressure drying method
초록 Highly transparent silica aerogel thin film was prepared using TEOS precursor and ambient pressure drying techniques. The colloidal silica solutions were prepared by sol-gel polymerization of TEOS precursor and the gel films were prepared on a glass substrate by dip coating. In order to preserve the drying shrinkage of the gel films, the surface of the gel films were modified usingTMCS before the APD. Hydrophobic properties of the obtained aerogel thin films were observed by contact angle measurement. Transparency and morphology of the aerogel thin films were obtained by UV spectrometer and FE-SEM.
