제목 Binuclear Nickel(II) Complexes of a 14-Membered Macrocycle with Two Pendant Functional Groups
초록 Paramagnetic complexes have attracted much attention due to their wide application and diagnostic values in the clinical environment. Thus, three paramagnetic binuclear nickel(II) complexes of formula [Ni2L2(ox)][ClO4]2, where L=1,8-dimethyl, -bis(2-hydroxyethyl), -bis(2-cyanoethyl)-1,3,6,8,10,13-hexaazacyclotetradecane, ox2-=oxalate anion, have been synthesized and characterized based on i.r., electronic spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The configuration around each nickel atom is a distorted octahedral geometry with the four nitrogen atoms of hexaazamacrocycle and two oxalate oxygen atoms. The pendant hydroxyl and nitrile groups on hexaazamacrocycle are not coordinated on nickel(II) atom.
