This study investigated new biomaterials as a way to address the toxicity of post-use nanomaterials released into the environment and the problems of existing chemical treatments. This study focused on the biological characteristics of hydra. Previous studies have confirmed the low sensitivity of Hydra magnapillata to the toxicity of silver nanomaterials and the reduction of nanotoxicity in a mixture of hydra extract and silver nanomaterials. As a result of performing mRNA seq analysis on the effect on genes, HP showed no tendency to have its own toxicity and decreased the ecotoxicity and genetic effects of N-Ag-PVP. As a result, And showed possibility as origin material. |
