제목 Gene expression in zebrafish embryos following exposure to Nano Ag-PVP and Nano Ag-PVP mixed on Hydra neuropeptide
초록 Hydra magnipapillata cells reduce the toxicity of silver nanomaterials to zebrafish (Danio rerio) embryos. In this study, we investigated the effects of Hydra neuropeptide on nano-Ag-polyvinylpyrrolidone (Nano Ag-PVP) toxicity during embryogenesis of the nanosensitive organism zebrafish. Neuropeptide was extracted from Hydra. The experimental conditions were exposure to Nano Ag-PVP, Hydra neuropeptide, Nano Ag-PVP mixed on Hydra neuropeptide during embryo development. We investigated the comparative effects of Nano Ag-PVP mixed on Hydra neuropeptide and pure Nano Ag PVP on gene expression in zebrafish embryogenesis. In microarray analysis, several genes involved in external stimuli reaction and neurotransmitter were differentially expressed according to Hydra neuropeptide. tgfb1a, adra2da, tacr3a genes expression were expressed normal range in embryos exposed to Hydra neuropeptide mixed Nano Ag particles in comparison to the Nano Ag Particles exposed group.
