제목 Role of Surroundings to CsPbBr3@SiOx PerovskiteQuantum Dots: Impact to Material and Photophysical Properties​
초록 All-inorganiccesium lead halide perovskite quantum dots (PQDs, CsPbX3, X: Cl, Br,and/or I) have used to demonstrate their potentials to various applicationssuch as optoelectronic devices and solar driven chemistry. By controlling sizesup to exciton Bohr radius, the PQDs open more various applications to sensors,biochemistry, lasing, and so on. Wet chemistry based synthetic strategies wereapplied to synthesize the PQDs so using solvents are inevitable but sometimesresearchers do not interest about that how the solvents could affect to overallperformance of the materials. In this work, we studied how variouspolar/non-polar solvents affect the material stability as well as photophysicalproperties of the CsPbBr3@SiOx Core-shell PQDs.
