제목 The Photoinduced Interactions in betweenPerovskite Quantum Dots at Silica Medium and Transparent Conducting OxidesObserved through Spatially Resolved Photoluminescence Decay Spectra
초록 Cesium lead halide perovskite quantum dots(CsPbX3, X: Cl, Br, and/or I, as PQDs) have been utilized to optoelectronicdevices and solar driven chemistry. Our earlier work demonstrated that stabilityof the PQDs@SiOx could improve stability, photoinduced electrontransfer process in between the PQDs@SiOx and electron acceptingmaterials, and photocatalytic degradation of carcinogens. In this work, by performingbandgap modulations of the PQDs, we presented photoinduced charge transfer fromthe PQDs@SiOx to the transparent conducting oxide for all the casesof red-, green-, and blue- PQDs@SiOx.
