제목 디메틸카보네이트 합성용 CuCl2/NaOH/AC 촉매 표면에 형성된Cu2(OH)3Cl의 특성분석
초록 Catalytic properties of Cu2(OH)3Cl crystallized on CuCl2/NaOH/AC (AC:Activated Carbon) catalyst have been investigated for dimethyl carbonate (DMC) synthesis by vapor phase oxidative-carbonylation of methanol. Cu2(OH)3Cl crystals were prepared by conventional impregnation method in different molar ratios of OH/Cu. In conditions of molar ratio of OH/Cu=0.5 and OH/Cu=1.0, respectively, Cu2(OH)3Cl of atacamite-type and Cu2(OH)3Cl of paratacamite-type were crystallized on CuCl2/NaOH/AC catalyst. Paratacamite-bearing CuCl2/NaOH/AC catalyst has showed higher catalytic activity for DMC synthesis than atacamite-bearing one. Catalytic superiority of paratacamite to the other was found to be strongly related with its forming the crystal structure favorable to catalysis of DMC synthesis. XRD, SEM and XPS were used to characterize the structures and the physico-chemical properties of atacamite and paratacamite
