제목 Characteristics of microporous poly(vinyl alcohol)/poly(acrylic acid)/polyaniline composite hydrogels
초록 Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)/poly(acrylic acid) (PAAc) hydrogels were prepared by radical polymerization. The microporous PVA/PAAc hydrogels were formed by freeze-drying method. Micropores of various size ranges were produced by varying the freeze-drying cycles. The conducting polyaniline (PANI) was coated on the hydrogel by in situ polymerization to improve the conductivity of microporous hydrogels. The morphology of microporous hydrogel was investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The formation of PANI layer was characterized by FTIR, SEM, and transmission electron microscope. Swelling and releasing properties of hydrogels were investigated in pH 10 buffer solutions under electric voltages applied. PVA/PAAc/PANI composite porous hydrogel showed both size-dependent and electrosensitive releasing behavior.
