제목 | Effect of microchannels in the cellulose nanofiber hydrogel sheet on photosynthesis of algae |
초록 | In this research, we embeddedChlorella vulgaris as aphotosynthetic living cell in a hydrogel matrix of cellulose nanofiber(CNF)/alginate complex. The viability and photosynthetic property of the Chlorella vulgaris were measured indifferent shapes of the microchannel system. Microchannel structure could beapplied by imprinting the composite hydrogel sheet using SLA-3D printed stamps.The dimension and shape of the channel structure were critical in the survivalof algae and the fluidic system was effective in the proliferation of cells.The evidence of photosynthesis in the hydrogel sheet will be discussed in thepresentation. |
