Organic solar cells(OSCs) have attracted a lot of attentions since they have the advantages of light-weight, flexibility, and low cost. In conventional structure OSCs, PEDOT:PSS is usually used as the hole transport layer. However, acidic and hygroscopic PEDOT:PSS causes lowering performance and stability of OSCs. Because of those problems, many researches have focused on inverted structure OSCs. Owing to high transmittance and good carrier mobility, metal oxides are used as the electron transport layer in inverted structure OSCs. However, they could have poor interfacial contact with active layer, resulting in poor electron collection. So, we fabricated inverted solar cells introducing alcohol-water soluble organic interlayer as the electron transport layer which has good interfacial contact with active layer. As a result, the power conversion efficiency(PCE) and stability were enhanced compared with conventional structure OSCs. |
