Study on secondary conformation at change in protein-protein interaction |
| 초록 |
Protein-protein interaction plays a crucial role in a variety of biological activities in our body. Conformational change takes place during the interaction which significantly affect the molecular function. In this study, conformational change of bovine serum albumin(BSA) and lysozyme(LZM) are studied using Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) with attenuated total reflectance (ATR) in order to analyze the protein-protein interaction mechanism. Proteins were allowed to sequentially adsorb on the ZnSe surface and the variation of the secondary structure was examined using peak analysis. |
