제목 Self-assembled structure of filamentous virus by meniscus phenomenon
초록 Self-assembly technology that can easily fabricate a nano-scaled structure with a large area at a low cost. Here, we introduce a filamentous virus based various structures using by meniscus dragging deposition technique. We use this technology to realize various structures through self-assembly of virus, one of biomaterials. Filamentous virus is a bio-affinity nanomaterial with liquid crystalline behavior. By utilizing this virus, we could fabricate various kinds of structure through simple self-assembly method. Additionally, we can modify control the structural pattern and pore size by controlling the concentration of phage solution and the speed of substrate movement. And if we apply the genetically modified filamentous virus, we can produce a more suitable structure. With this, we were able to control various structures and control them through filamentous virus self-assembly using meniscus.
