| 초록 | Organoaluminum reagents have been widely used to due to their low cost, high selectivity, wide application category and good reactivity. So far we have developed a number of novel synthetic methodologies based on alkynylaluminum reagents, and applied for the preparation of α,β-alkynyl ketones and N,N-disubstituted 3-amino-1-ynes synthesis, etc. In this presentation, we report the novel substitution reaction of cyclic acetal derivatives with alkynylaluminum reagents. |
