Synthesis of SERS-active substrate for highly reproducible alternariol detection |
초록 |
We proposed a SERS analysis method for highly reproducible detection of alternariol (AOH) based on the intrinsic SERS signal. The prepared colloidal silver nanoparticle-embedded silica nanoparticle (SiO2@Ag) was incubated with AOH solution. Raman measurement was conducted simply by focusing the laser on the mixture of colloidal SiO2@Ag and AOH solution. The resulting SERS signal was reproducible for different Raman measurement and different batches. |
