제목 Preparation and characterization of Natural Rosin fibers via electrospinning technique
초록 In this study, rosin fibers were prepared via electrospining technique by adopting various parameters such as solvent, viscosity and conductivity. It revealed that entanglements between rosin viscous solutions were formed at 30 wt% and beads-free rosin fibers were prepared at more concentration than 55wt % using a dichloromethane (MC) as a solvent. Rosin fibers depended on viscosity related to concentration rather than conductivity. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to examine the morphology of the rosin electrospun fibers. Electrospun rosin fibers had a wide range of diameters from around 1 to 30μm. To exactly investigate molecular weight (Mw) of rosin, matrix assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (Maldi-TOF) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) were used. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were performed for thermal stability and thermal transition of rosin electrospun fibers.
