Newly designed pyramid sheet of the direct-lit backlight unit for liquid crystal display |
| 초록 |
We propose a newly designed pyramid sheet to improve the brightness more than that of a conventional direct-lit backlight unit (BLU), which is employed for 32” liquid crystal display (LCD) TV. In this BLU, a newly designed pyramid sheet replaced two diffuser sheets. It was revealed that the improvement range of the brightness via our pyramid sheet is about 30%. |
