제목 Fabrication of artificial blood vessels with improved hemocompatibility
초록  Due to the increase in blood vessel-related diseases, such as hypertension, demand on artificial vessels is increasing. In this study, we investigated the fabrication of artificial blood vessels using biocompatible polymer. We fabricated small sized blood vessel, diameter less than 6 mm, and the process was simplified by using a stent. The mechanical strength and burst strength of the vessel was improved. The heparin treatment improved the blood compatibility of the vessel and significantly restricted platelet adhesion.
