제목 Beneficial Effect on Biomass Productivity of Tetraselmis sp. MBEyh04Gc when Cultured with Bacteria
초록 Enhancing productivity of biomass in marine microalgae is one of the biggest concerns for renewable energy research. In the ordinary ecosystem, microalgae live together with various bacteria. Bacteria live together with microalgae, affecting the good side or the bad side. This study describes the use of bacteria to increase the growth of microalgae. After separating and culture three kinds of marine bacteria, they are cultured together with Tetraselmis sp. MBEyh04Gc to confirm the effect. Cultures without added bacteria are used as controls. Compared with the control group, the amount of biomass of Tetraselmis sp. MBEth04Gc cultured with bacteria increased. A, B and C bacteria were increased by 35.3%, 23.5% and 76.5%, respectively. Through this study, we were able to present another way to increase productivity of biomass in marine microalgae.
