제목 Slot-die processed large-area polymer solar cells comprising P3HT wires and PCBM small molecules
초록 We prepared poly(3-hexlythiophene) (P3HT) nanowire that is applicable to printing system. For uniform large-area film surface, there is need to consider viscosity and boiling point which are available in slot-die coating method. Here, the nanowires using mixed tetrahydrafuran(THF) as marginal solvent and Chlorobenzene(CB) were prepared. By mixing these nanowires with a fullerene derivative [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) in solution, it is possible to make nanowires using slot-die coating method in bulk-heterojunction(BHJ). As a result, large-area polymer solar cells (PSCs) show high power conversion efficiency (PCE) (>3%) than spin-coated solar cells under Air Mass 1.5 condition.
