제목 β-Cyclodextrin grafting with hydrophobically modified chitosan liposome Containing Phenylpropionic acid: pH-Sensitive Release
초록 Egg phosphatidylcholine iposomes incorporating β-cyclodextrin grafting with hydrophobically modified chitosanwase prepared by a sonication method. In order to immobilize chitosan on the surface of EPC liposomes, we were modified β-Cyclodextrin grafting with chitosan with hydrophobic anchor, palmitic acid. polymers were characterized using NMR and FT-IR and the size distribution, surface morphology of liposome were characterized by DLS and TEM. And 3-Phenylpropionic acid was loaded in the cavities of β-CD residues. In release experiments using a dye, 3-Phenylpropionic acid -loaded liposome exhibited an release at an acidic condition.
