제목 | Rheological characteristics of aluminum based solar cell pastes |
초록 | Screen-printing is a cost effective thick film deposition technique and is widely used in electronics, solar cell, fuel cell industries. In this study rheological properties of solar cell paste based on aluminum and terpineol solvent are presented. Steady shear, creep and recovery, steady stress sweep, shear rate jump experiments were performed for various solar cell pastes. Shear thinning, yielding, thixotropic behaviors were investigated and were related to printing performance. |
