제목 Functionanlized Dextran Nanofiber Containing Zeolite Nanoparticles for Hemostatic Performance in a Mouse Model of Lethal Hepatic Trauma
초록 Micro-and nanosized zeolites were studied as hemostatic coagulant agents. Zeolite nanoparticles with particle size of 10-20 nm have indicated no adverse effect on blood coagulation hemostasis. We have determined that effects of a zeolite nanoparticles in nanofiber as hemostatic agent on survival hemostatic effect in a mouse model of severe hepatic trauma. The resulting has shown that zeolite nanoparticles in nanofibers are more efficient hemostatic agents in comparison to the hemostatic dressings. Therefore, potential of being used as rapidly acting hemostatic agent to generally deadly injury of the vascular system. The physicochemical properties of the surgical sealant nanofiber was confirmed by FE-SEM(Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy), FE-TEM(Field-Emission Transmission Electron Microscopy), EDS(Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy), Contact angel, Tensile strength, FT-IR(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) and TGA(Thermogravimetric Analysis).
