제목 | Symmetry study of Eu3+ doped orthosilicate phosphors |
초록 | Red emitting (Ba,Ca)9(Al,Y)2Si6O24:Eu3+, Na+ orthosilicate phosphors were synthesized by soild reactions [1]. X-ray diffraction patterns of the resulting phosphors were examined to index the peak positions [1]. Ba2+ and Ca2+ sites in the (Ba,Ca)9(Al,Y)2Si6O24 host lattices were investigated using the structure analysis [1]. The magnetic dipole 5D0 to 7F1 and electric dipole 5D0 to 7F2 transitions of Eu3+ ions in the host lattices were described by emission spectra for symmetry study [1, 2]. References [1] C. Park, S.
