제목 Low Temperature Process of Flexible Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells Using Electrospray Method
초록 Flexible dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) are regarded as one of promising alternatives to Si-based solar cells due to easy, low-cost and eco-friendly process. But there are several intrinsic problems in flexible DSSCs because of the fabrication temperature limit (~150°C) of plastic substrates. In this study, we introduced a novel fabrication method for TiO2 electrodes using electrospray method. Well-dispersed TiO2 (P25, Degussa) in EtOH was electrosprayed onto the ITO/PEN substrates. We obtained the hierarchically structured TiO2 (HS-TiO2) nanospheres with average diamater of 600nm. To make better particle connectivity among the HS-TiO2s, tetrabutyl titanium butoxide (TBT, titanium butoxide) treatment were done as post treatment. Through the TBT treatment at low temperature (~100°C), the electron transport property of HS-TiO2 spheres was enhanced. The power conversion efficiency of TBT-treated electrode reached up to 5.5% under AM 1.5 global, 1 sun illumination (100mW/cm2)
