We fabricated CH3NH3PbI3-sensitized solid-state solar cells with a hole transporting polymer of poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) or poly(9-vinylcarbazole) (PVK). The perovskite solar cell devices were fabricated on FTO-coated glass substrates. After the deposition of TiO2 blocking layer and mesoporous TiO2 layer, perovskite layer was deposited by well-known two-step processing method of PbI2 and CH3NH3I. As the hole-transport conjugated polymers, PVK or P3HT was spin-coated onto the surfaces of FTO/bl-TiO2/m-TiO2/CH3NH3PbI3 layer. The photovoltaic performance of the prepared cells was measured as a function of various processing variables such as the thickness of perovskite layer, polymers and sintering temperature. |
