제목 Synthesis of Zinc Oxide Nanostructures and Its Application to Nylon Fibers
초록 In this study, ZnO nanorod and ZnO nanoplate, respectively were synthesized by solvothermal method to investigate the effect of ZnO morphology on structure and properties of Nylon/ZnO nanocomposite fibers. Nylon Master Batch compounded with 10wt% ZnO was prepared by using a melt twin screw extruder. Nylon/ZnO nanocomposite filaments with ZnO content of 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0wt% were prepared by melt spinning, and their physicochemical properties were characterized by various analytical methods.
