제목 Fabrications and Characterization of Nanofibers Containing Titanium Isopropoxide in Dye-sensitized Solar Cells Using Electrospinning technique
초록 Titanium isopropoxide (TIP) containing nanofibers have been prepared using electrospinning technique. Poly(vinylidenefluoride-cohexafluoropropylene) was used to fabricate TIP containing nanofibers. To verify the effect of these fibers on Dye-sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC), we applied this fiber to DSSC photovoltaic characteristics. Photovoltaic performances were measured by using solar simulator under AM 1.5. The charge transfer resistances were also measured by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The maximum efficiency of DSSC device using PVDF-HFP/TIP was 5.74%, and Voc, Jsc, and FF values were 0.74V, 12.7mA/cm2, and 0.61, respectively.
