Achieving large perovskite crystallites is crucial for high efficient. Many research toward high efficient perovskite solar cells aims to enlarge the grain size; pre-substrate heating, pseudo halides additives, solvent annealing etc. In this work we investigated the influence of organic additives in perovskite precursor solutions on the photovoltaic performance. The perovskite crystallite grains are enlarged by ~40 % in size when the additives are added to the precursor solutions, evidenced by the SEM investigation. We investigated the XRD spectra depending on the additive concentrations, and it shows better crystallinity. In addition, the devices last longer compared to the reference cells.
