제목 | Properties of Li2O-TiO2-Al2O3-P2O5 glass system according to Li2O and TiO2 content as solid electrolyte. |
초록 | Lithium phosphate binary glasses have been widely studied in the field of solid state ionics due to their low melting temperatures, strong glass forming character and compositional flexibility. The hygroscopic nature of these glasses has always worried researchers as it limits their commercial use in solid state ionic devices. Suitable choice of a second glass former is expected to influence the stability as well as conduction characteristics of the binary phosphate glasses. The glass system select (1+x)Li2O-(2-x) TiO2–0.5 Al2O3–(PO4)3 and (1.2+x)Li2O-(2-x)TiO2–0.5Al2O3–(PO4)3. In this context, melting temperature and Li2O and TiO2 contents effect on the crystal phase and ionic conductivity of lithium phosphate. The crystal phases show a difference according to melting temperature and melting time. In case of (1.2+x)Li2O-(2-x)TiO2–0.5Al2O3–(PO4)3 molten glass at 1300℃ for 2hrs, shows only LiTi2(PO4)3 crystal phase only independent of melting conditions. Also, ionic conductivity of glass in this components show 10-4 independent of Li2O and TiO2 contents |
