제목 Preparation of fresonoite crystal with K2O-TiO2-(GeO2, SiO2)
초록 This study is focused on preparation and characterization of fresnoite crystal from K2O-TiO2-(GeO2, SiO2) glass by using different glass network former. K2O-TiO2-SiO2 (KTS) glass was prepared to observe the effect of glass network former element change( SiO2→GeO2). The prepared mother glass was soaked in molten Sr(NO3)2 to make transparent glass-ceramics in which fresnoite crystallines were formed on the surface of the mother glass. The crystalline phase of the soaked glasses was examined by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD). The structure and composition of the strontium ions exchanged crystalline was analyzed by Scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(SEM-EDS). Nd:YAG laser (1064nm) were used to observe the crystalline phase of depth, structure and second order nonlinearity property.
