제목 Aqueous Nanoparticle Dispersion of Copolymer Derived from the p-dioxanone, L-lactide and Poly(ethylene glycol) as DNA Carrier
초록 We have reported the nanoparticle dispersion of a hydrophobic/hydrophilic triblock copolymers consisting of poly(p-dioxanone)-co-poly(L-lactide) and Poly(ethylene glycol). The copolymer was synthesized and suspended in an aqueous medium from the acetonitrile solution to prepare its miceller particle. The micelle forming tendency of the copolymer was studied by the NMR technique and hydrophobic dye solublization method. Size of miceller particle was confirmed by dynamic light scattering method. Thus prepared aqueous nanoparticle dispersion was applied as non-viral vector for DNA carrier by transfection method on 3T3 cell. The nanoparticle dispersion was observed to be nontoxic for the cell growth and also facilitated the transfection.
