제목 Control of Doped Level of Semiconducting Polymers Embedded into Polymeric Oxide Network Using Functional Organosilane Molecules
초록 Polymer field-effect transistors (PFETs) have significant attention because of promising advantages such as cost effectiveness, solution processability, and flexibility in the field of soft electronics. In particular, control of doped level in semiconducting polymer films is regarded as a key factor so as to improve a charge density into a conducting channel, which can lead to high mobility in PFETs. Herein, we describe a novel methodology capable of endowing an efficient doped level of semiconducting polymers embedded into polymeric oxide network using functional organosilane molecules. Unlike conventional semiconducting polymers, inter-penetrated semiconducting polymers, which are formed by interactive sol-gel reaction, display highly doped level owing to electron withdrawing blocks tethered in polymeric oxide network, which results in highly conductive channel. However, this doped state could be effectively controlled via solution-processed chemisorption of organosilane molecules.
