제목 The development of 5kW class Fuel processor for residential PEMFC system
초록 Fuel cell cogeneration system is a promising technology for generating electricity and heat with high efficiency(80%). The residential PEMFC system consists of  fuel processor, stack, inverter, a balance of plant(BOP), Among parts of this system, fuel processor system is very important device to produce hydrogen from the fossil fuels such as LNG and LPG. The 5kW class fuel processor was evaluated for long-term durability and reliability test including with improvement in optimal operation logic. The reformatted gas which contains 75% hydrogen is supplied to the fuel cell stack and consumed during electrical power generation. The efficiency of 5kW fuel processor shows 75% based on LHV. During the load change operation, the product gas composition was stable. The fuel processor was operated in fuel cell system under dynamic conditions for 5,000 hours.
