제목 Synthesis and properties of 2-component fluorinated acrylic polyurethane coatings
초록 Fluorinated polymers are used in the high-performance applications with advantage of their unique properties such as low coefficient of friction, low surface tension, oil and water repellency, chemical stability, weathering resistance, release properties and so on. Consequently, extensive application of fluorinated polymers has been used in various fields of highly protective coatings against harsh environments, and functional coatings such as non-adhesive and low friction coatings. In general, 2-component fluorinated acrylic polyurethane coatings consist of binder and hardener. In this study, the fluorinated acrylic polyol binder was synthesized. The fluorinated acrylic polyol binder was mixed with polyiscoyanate hardener to evaluate an influence of various OH/NCO molar ratios and two kinds of polyisocyanate hardeners on their curing mechanism and coating performance.
