Removal of Tetracyclin antibiotics and their changes of biotoxicity by Advanced Oxidation Processes |
초록 |
Advanced oxidation process (AOP) is the chemical treatment technology which is useful to degrade non-biodegradable organic contaminants by utilizing hydroxyl radicals. In the study, we investigated the degradation of three Tetracyclines which are widely used pharmaceuticals in human and veterinary medicine during different AOP processes. The effectiveness was evaluated throug (i) the changes of initial concentration, (ii) the reduction of total organic carbon (TOC), (iii) toxicity of parent compounds and their products with Escherchia coli (E.Coli) and Vibrio fischeri. In addition, the biodegradability of these compounds also was examined based on BOD5/COD ratio |
